Catering Menu | Kellogg Conference Hotel
The Kellogg Conference Hotel, a long time client of Blackwater Promotions and My Chief Marketing Officer tasked us to photograph some newly created dishes to update their event catering menu. Dishes included a little of everything from appetizers, entrées, to desserts, even some vegetarian friendly fare . The Blackwater team decided that the best approach in capturing the dishes were a combination of side detail shots and above view shots, giving more emphasis on the plated presentation. Along with updating the menu, Kellogg wanted to refresh the food imagery they have on display in the hotel restaurant, The Bistro. All pictured dishes were prepared by Chef Dinakaran (pictured left).
The Kellogg Conference Hotel is located in Washington, D.C. on the campus of Gallaudet University.
